LAMDA examinations.
Theatre Express LAMDA exams take place on Sunday 5th April 2009 at our new studio at Grand Café. Check your time and make sure you arrive at least 15 mins before. All students must bring clean copies of both pieces and dressed in uniform with hair off the face.
Don't forget.........To fail to prepare is to prepare to fail!!

Congratulations to senior students, Joe , Ben and Yolanda who all achieved their Gold medal in acting this year and an A grade at A level Performing Arts. Joe and Ben will study performance and media, Joe at The Atrium in Cardiff and Ben in Salford and Yolanda heads off to Birmingham to study applied theatre. We wish them luck in their careers and hope they keep in touch like many who have left before. Best wishes also go to Lula who begins full time theatre training at Susi Earnshaws in London. Jamie begins a degree course this year at Central Ballet School after spending a year at London Studio Centre and Elle who left in January to train at Sylvia Young Theatre School has just landed a speaking part in a west end production of Carousel. Congratulations to all......... we are so proud!

to Sophie Dicks who was accepted on the classical singing degree courses at The Royal Academy of Music, The Royal Northern School of Music in Manchester and Birmingham Conservatoire. She will attend Royal Northern from September 2009.
also to Elena Gwyn-Jones who has been training at theatre Express with Kerry Anders since 2002. She has been accepted to Hammond Ballet School in Cheshire and Laban in London. Wherever she chooses to continue her training.
We wish them every success in their future career.
